Step 3: Private sector employees who qualify for it are required to complete Form 60 and submit their employment ID along with a work certificate.

The BH number plate caters to individuals with jobs that often require relocation, such as employees of central and state government departments, PSUs, defence personnel, and those working in private sector companies with offices in at least four states or union territories. It's exclusively designed for non-transport vehicles, and currently, only eligible candidates fitting these criteria can apply for it.

While the BH series or Bharat series number plate is open to all non-transport cars, it's important to note that not every Indian citizen can apply for it. This exclusive privilege is reserved for employees of state and central government, PSU employees, and private sector employees with offices in at least four states or union territories.

To register your old car with a BH number plate, you'll need to complete Form No. 27(A), the designated form for this purpose. Once filled out, simply submit the form to your nearest RTO.
