Consent for Accessing and Sharing Credit Information

By selecting the consent option and submitting my request, I voluntarily provide my free, specific, informed, and unconditional consent to SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. ("SMC Insurance") to obtain my Credit Information Report, Credit Score, and/or other credit-related information (where applicable) from an authorized Credit Information Company, including CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited, or any other credit bureau authorized under applicable law.

I understand and acknowledge that my credit information will be accessed solely for the purpose of evaluating, facilitating, recommending, or processing insurance products and related financial services requested by me, including risk assessment, premium determination (where applicable), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and such other lawful purposes as permitted under applicable laws.

I further authorize SMC Insurance to share my credit information and other relevant personal data, only to the extent necessary, with the insurer(s), financial institutions, authorized service providers, or regulatory authorities involved in processing my request, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

I acknowledge that SMC Insurance acts as an insurance broker and that the Credit Information Company provides such information based on the records available with it. I understand that neither SMC Insurance nor the Credit Information Company guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the credit information and shall not be liable for any decision taken by an insurer or any third party based on such information, except as required under applicable law.

I confirm that I have read and understood this consent and agree to the collection, processing, use, and sharing of my personal data for the purposes stated above. I also acknowledge that I have read the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the relevant Credit Information Company's Terms of Use, as applicable.
